Launched in November 2024, the contest challenged micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to develop digital solutions that enhance eco-tourism experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style= font-size: 13.008px; >6 national teams from Italy, Spain, Greece, Hungary, France, and Cyprus participated, bringing innovative ideas that integrate digitalization, gamification, and AI to promote responsible tourism.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style= font-size: 13.008px; >And the winner is\u2026 Spain! The Spanish team will receive a \u20ac10,000 financial prize\u00a0 to develop their IT system, reinforcing ECOTOURS\u2019 mission of empowering MSMEs in the shift towards sustainable tourism.
